PEKERTI is a short form of Pertubuhan Kemajuan Ekonomi Rakyat Terengganu Darul Iman (Terengganu Darul Iman People's Economic Development Organization). This non-profit organization officially established in 2019 created to help the people of Terengganu to venture into the economic field as one of the sources of family income.

As a Non-Profit Organization, PEKERTI will assist the government in coordinating poverty eradication programs in Terengganu to help the people who are facing challenges due to the pandemic and reduce unemployment.

For long -term economic development in the state of Terengganu, human capital development which includes skills training and skills upgrading programs as well as poverty prevention programs through educational support for students will be our main focus to meet the current needs of the people.

2009 - We first start our work and teamwork

2011 - Organize our first economy project

2014 - Grow to over 200 volunteer

2019 - Officially registered with Registerer of society (ROS) as a non-profit organization

2020 - Seriously get involved in establishing community improvement programme
